Precision19.com is committed to operating responsibly and complying with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, payment-provider rules, and product-specific restrictions. Customers are also responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to their purchases, possession, installation, transport, and use of products.

Important: This page provides general information only. It is not legal advice. Firearm laws, component classifications, restrictions, and shipping requirements can change and may differ by federal, state, local, and international jurisdiction. Consult a qualified attorney, licensed dealer, manufacturer, or applicable government authority when you need legal guidance.

Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for confirming that they may lawfully purchase, receive, possess, install, transport, and use the selected product at their shipping destination and in any location where it will be used.

Customers must verify:

  • Their eligibility under applicable law

  • Age, identification, licensing, and transfer requirements

  • State and local restrictions

  • Shipping-address eligibility

  • Product-specific restrictions

  • Manufacturer compatibility requirements

  • Any required involvement of a federal firearms licensee (“FFL”)

  • Laws relating to firearm components, frames, receivers, accessories, or regulated items

Precision19.com may refuse, cancel, delay, or request additional information regarding an order when required by law, carrier policy, payment review, product availability, or internal compliance procedures.

Product Classification

Product names and website categories do not determine a product’s legal classification. Whether an item is a firearm, frame, receiver, regulated part, accessory, or another product category depends on applicable law and the item’s specific design and configuration.

Under federal law, a firearm can include a weapon, a frame or receiver, a firearm muffler or silencer, or certain destructive devices. Federal regulations and ATF guidance can also apply to partially complete frames or receivers and qualifying weapon-parts kits.

Customers should not assume that a slide, barrel, parts kit, or any other item is exempt from legal restrictions solely because of its product title or appearance. Review the manufacturer’s information and seek qualified legal guidance if classification is unclear.

FFL and Transfer Requirements

Some products may require shipment to, transfer through, or handling by an appropriately licensed federal firearms licensee. Where a transaction involves a firearm or another regulated item, applicable federal, state, and local requirements may include verification, recordkeeping, a background check, or a federal firearms transaction record.

Federal regulations require FFLs transferring firearms to non-licensees to complete required records and, where applicable, a Firearms Transaction Record, Form 4473.

If an order requires an FFL transfer:

  • The customer must provide complete and accurate FFL information when requested

  • The receiving FFL must be willing to accept the transfer

  • The customer is responsible for transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL

  • The customer must satisfy all legal requirements before the receiving FFL transfers the item

  • Precision19.com may require additional verification before shipment

  • Orders may be cancelled if the FFL information is incomplete, invalid, unverified, or unacceptable

An order confirmation does not guarantee that a regulated product will be transferred to the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping eligibility varies by product, destination, carrier rules, and applicable law. Some items may be restricted from shipment to certain states, localities, addresses, or recipients.

Precision19.com may restrict shipment to:

  • Locations where the product is prohibited or restricted

  • P.O. boxes, freight-forwarding addresses, or other ineligible delivery locations

  • Addresses that cannot receive a required signature, adult signature, or compliance-controlled delivery

  • Jurisdictions with unresolved legal or carrier restrictions

  • Recipients who cannot complete required verification or transfer procedures

Federal law generally restricts an FFL from shipping or transporting a firearm in interstate or foreign commerce directly to a person who is not an FFL, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Shipment and return of firearms for lawful repair, customizing, or replacement may also involve specific federal rules.

Customers must provide an accurate, deliverable shipping address and comply with all shipment, transfer, and receipt requirements.

State and Local Laws

State and local laws may impose requirements that are stricter than federal law. These may include restrictions related to:

  • Product possession or acquisition

  • Magazine capacity

  • Firearm features or configurations

  • Serialization or registration

  • Background checks or transfer procedures

  • Age restrictions

  • Location-specific shipping restrictions

  • Storage, transport, or use

  • Sales, transfers, or deliveries of specified components

Precision19.com does not guarantee that every product displayed on the website is lawful in every jurisdiction. The availability of a product on the website does not constitute a representation that it can lawfully be shipped to, received in, or used at your location.

Compatibility and Product Use

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchase, installation, or use. This includes confirming:

  • Exact Glock 19 frame generation

  • Manufacturer-stated product fitment

  • Complete, stripped, or partial-assembly status

  • Included and excluded components

  • Barrel and recoil-assembly requirements

  • Optic footprint, plates, screws, sights, and cover plates

  • Material, finish, and condition

  • Manufacturer warnings, instructions, and warranty limitations

Do not modify, machine, assemble, install, or use a product unless you have confirmed that the activity is lawful and that the product is compatible with your configuration. When appropriate, seek assistance from a qualified gunsmith, armorer, manufacturer, or licensed dealer.

Order Review and Cancellation

We may review orders for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, payment, inventory, and fulfillment purposes. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or delay an order if:

  • We believe the order may violate applicable law

  • A required transfer or FFL process cannot be completed

  • The customer provides inaccurate or incomplete information

  • The shipping destination is restricted

  • The item is unavailable or incorrectly priced

  • The order is flagged for fraud, security, or compliance review

  • The customer does not respond to a reasonable request for verification

If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, we will process a refund in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy, subject to any applicable legal or contractual obligations.

Export and International Compliance

Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export-control, sanctions, import, customs, and destination-country laws. Do not use the website or purchase products in a manner that violates U.S. export controls, trade sanctions, or other applicable restrictions.
